Reserve Study - May 15, 2026
The board has initiated a reserve study by Reserve Advisors. The results of this study will advise the PoA on how to increase assessments starting in 2027 to ensure that we have sufficient reserves for the cost of our maintenance. We will be meeting with Reserve Advisors to review a draft report in June. If you'd like to be involved in the discussion, please email the board at TallOaksPOA@gmail.com to be included in that meeting.

Stanley Martin has replaced all of the dead trees and planted additional trees to match the expected landscaping.
Real Estate Signs - February 23, 2026
The Board has updated our bylaws to allow for the placement of real estate signs at the property for sale. Please review the documentation or contact the managing agent for specific requirements.
